The Milwaukee Bucks’ Classic Color Scheme Inspires an Upcoming adidas Forum High ’84

adidas’ retro Forum releases appear to be taking an NBA-themed detour sometime in the near future, indicated by the “Lakers“-colored pair we first saw yesterday. Now, the Milwaukee Bucks are joining the party, with a vintage color of the Forum High ’84.

adidas Originals’ recent run of releases for the retro Forum has produced a large handful of under-the-radar hits so far this year, particularly stemming from the brand “’84” version of the shoe, which remasters the Forum as closely to the original as possible. Now, after several dozen releases of excellent in-line colorways, the Three Stripes are turning their attention to the Forum’s basketball roots, casting the high-top style in colors inspired by some of the fan-favorite NBA teams. Yesterday we got our first look at the collection through a Lakers-themed purple and yellow look, and now, it appears the Milwaukee Bucks will be getting their own themed pair. Styled with a new color blocking and vintage-inspired faded white shades, this release adds green suede stripes and green corduroy panelling to the Forum ’84 High, as well as bright red accents to round out the look.
